Construction Management Plan (CMP)

What is a construction management plan?

A Construction Management Plan (CMP) is an agreement between the developer and the local authority setting out agreed ways of working during the construction phase of a project. The purpose of a CMP is to minimise the impact of construction activity both on site and the wider area. As such the CMP is necessarily a live document whereby different stages will be completed and submitted as the development progresses.
