Facing onto Phoenix Place, Phases 1 and 2 of Postmark will deliver a mix of new homes, retail and community space – including a wellness centre – across four new buildings ranging from 6 to 13 storeys.

Phase 1 – West Central 1

We are delighted that Phase 1 was completed at the end of 2021, with residents now moving into their new homes.

Phase 2 – Signature Place

Phase 2 is now nearing completion, and residents are continuing to move into their new homes.

Latest updates

This phase of Postmark is made up of three blocks, B, C and D. Blocks B and C are complete, and residents are continuing to move into their new homes.

Scaffolding at Block D has now been dismantled and internal fit-out works are ongoing.  We expect Block D to complete in the coming weeks, with residents starting to move in shortly after.

Landscaping works are ongoing at Square P as well as new planting in podiums between the blocks. You may have noticed that the green wall on site is now complete.

Wellness Centre
